The only RV park in the city of Malibu,Malibu Beach RV Park has 142 RV sites and 35 tent sites, all with views of the ocean, mountains, or both. A mobile home park much like a condominium association where the common spaces are maintained by the park owners and staff and where tenants have a small lot which they care for.
The excellent hikes to the canyon or the beach shouldn’t be missed. Paradise By The Sea RV Resort in Oceanside is a paradise for roadtrippers. This 90-site campground is located right next to Buccaneer Park and Beach which includes a playground, basketball court, shaded picnic area, restrooms, and beach café.
All of the above parks are highly recommended, and will give you the base for a great trip. With many more amenities, it's clear why this would make it as one of our best RV parks in Southern California. If you're heading to San Diego, check it out, you won't be disappointed. Lastly, it can be more difficult to find a lender to finance a mobile home purchase compared to the purchase of a traditional home.
